Monolith Video Producer Role

Monolith is looking for an experienced Video Producer who will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate within a small, tightly-knit team.

Joining our Video Production teams in supporting one of our multinational clients, the ideal candidate will oversee the video productions and projects assigned to them.

This involves providing end-to-end production including pre-production consultations, creative scripting, technical coordination, setup and support, AV/VC services, streaming, post-production, and project management.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, quantifiable media production talents, exposure to installed audio-visual systems, and a strong background in video productions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working knowledge in video production, comfortable with audio-visual equipment, demonstrating proficiency in audio, video, lighting, streaming, and editing disciplines.
• Experience with technical challenges and problem-solving needs in a video production environment.
• Exceptional professionalism and customer-service skills, comfortable interacting with C-Level Executives, celebrities, and other VIP guests.
• The desire and ability to have impactful conversations with users about their support needs and requirements.
• Excellent task management, verbal and written communication skills, combined with relentless follow-up.
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment, is highly motivated and communicative, and has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Able to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully.
• Independent critical and creative thinking with bold problem-solving.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse, and demanding environment and cope well under pressure. Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Suite, and/or other business applications.
