Digital Signage Specialist (Chennai)

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Signage Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Signage Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing digital signage content to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.  

Responsibilities:  

• Content Creation: Design and create visually appealing digital signage content, including static images, dynamic graphics, and video content.
• Content Management: Manage and update digital signage content on various platforms and screens.
• Platform Management: Configure and maintain digital signage hardware and software.
• Network Management: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure smooth operation of digital signage systems.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital signage performance metrics to optimize content and improve ROI.
• Project Management: Manage digital signage projects from concept to completion, including planning, design, installation, and maintenance.  

• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.  

   

Qualifications:  

• Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital signage software and hardware (e.g., BrightSign, Xibo, Screenly)
• Knowledge of video editing and production techniques
• Understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
