Job Description

Monolith is looking for passionate marketing professionals active in the digital marketing domain. The ideal person should provide insights and perspective in designing marketing strategies for the company, evaluate emerging technologies and adept to changes.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Plans and executes SEO/SEM by researching and using appropriate keywords.

  • Responsible for all marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

  • Designs, build, and manage company’s social media presence.

  • Prepare campaign performance reports (ROI and KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against organisational goals.

  • Use the campaign report to identify trends and insights and optimize AD spend and performance.

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies including experiments, conversion tests in digital marketing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  • Knowledge in basic web development and landing page UX design is a great addition.

  • Possess strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Identify drop off points and conversion point to optimize user funnels.

     

     

Qualifications

 

  • Graduate degree in marketing or related field or with rich experience and proven track record.

  • Self-motivated, highly organised with multi-tasking ability.

  • Strong knowledge in marketing research and statistical analysis.

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.

  • Hands-on experience leading and managing SEO/SEM including creating and managing

  • PPC AD campaigns, email and database marketing, social media advertising campaigns.

  • Optimizing landing pages, user funnel, analyse AB and other multivariate statistical experiments

  • Strong knowledge in marketing analytics tools and ad serving tools.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a great addition

 

 

Standard Key Performance Indicators

 

  • Website Management & Traffic: Collaborate with web development team to ensure the company’s website is user-friendly and up to date. Responsible for the number of visitors coming to company’s website through search engines, social media platforms, advertising through various channels. 

     

  • Social Media Engagement: Manage company’s various social media accounts and create strategies to increase the number of likes, comments, shares, and overall interactions on social media platforms. Work closely with the creative team to create content that is original, relevant, engaging and helps to increase the effectiveness of social media content and community engagement. 

 

  • Social Media Follower Growth: Responsible for the growth of company’s social media followers across platforms. Devise plans and strategies to keep the followers engaged and active. Actively engage with influencers, brand advocates, and loyal customers to nurture and strengthen the relationship.

 

  • Email Marketing: Create email campaigns to engage with potential and or retarget audience group. Track and assess performance of email campaigns through various metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates. 

     

  • Content Marketing: Plan and oversee the creation of high-quality and relevant content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, etc. Coordinate content distribution and promotion to reach target audiences effectively. Monitor content performance and adjust the content strategy based on data insights.

 

  • Community Management: Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for social media channels that aligns with the brand's voice and values. Actively monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, promptly responding to inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Encourage and facilitate discussions among community members, building a sense of belonging and loyalty to the brand.

 

  • Conversion Rate: Create strategies for the conversion of the visitors to the company’s website. Create multiple call to action events to track the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns in driving relevant and valuable traffic.

 

  • Search Engine Rankings: Monitor the position of key pages and keywords in search engine results to gauge the effectiveness of SEO efforts.

 

  • Social Media Listening: Stay vigilant in monitoring conversations and mentions related to the brand, industry, or relevant topics. Address and manage negative feedback and complaints tactfully, resolving issues when possible or escalating them to appropriate teams for resolution. In case of a social media crisis, respond promptly, transparently, and effectively to mitigate any potential damage to the brand's reputation.

 

  • Return on Investment (ROI): Manage the marketing budget and create strategic plan for AD buy and create reports to measure the revenue generated compared to the cost of digital marketing activities. Always ensures that the money spent on marketing efforts is generating a positive return and manage the CPA effectively using the available resources. Highlight ROI to management in a timely manner. 

     

  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
