Job Description
Monolith Communications, established in 1997 in Japan, seeks a physically active Event Operator with event operations experience and skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Event Operator
BtoB Event Production (including online and offline)
- Meetings and communication with the event team until the event is implemented
- Operation of cameras, switchers, audio mixers, etc., during events
- Setup and dismantling in the company studio
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Someone who is physically active and can handle manual labor, as the job involves more studio operations and handling equipment than desk work
- Someone with high communication skills and the ability to respond flexibly as needed
- Someone with a broad perspective who can prioritize and flexibly handle a wide range of tasks
Preferred Experience:
- [Required] Experience in event operations, intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- [Desirable] Able to read and write emails and communicate simply
