Monolith seeks passionate professionals active in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate should provide insights and perspectives in designing marketing strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and executes SEO/SEM by researching and using appropriate keywords.
  • Responsible for all marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Designs, builds, and manages the company’s social media presence.
  • Prepares campaign performance reports (ROI and KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns and assesses them against organizational goals.
  • Uses campaign reports to identify trends and insights, optimizing ad spend and performance.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies, including experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Knowledge in basic web development and landing page UX design is a great addition.
  • Possesses strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies drop-off points and conversion points to optimize user funnels.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in marketing or related field, or rich experience with a proven track record.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong knowledge in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Hands-on experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC ad campaigns, email and database marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and analyzing A/B and multivariate statistical experiments.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools and ad serving tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators

Website Management & Traffic

Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the company’s website is user-friendly and up to date. Responsible for driving visitors to the website through search engines, social media platforms, and advertising.

Social Media Engagement

Manage the company’s social media accounts and create strategies to increase likes, comments, shares, and overall engagement. Collaborate with the creative team to produce original, engaging content that enhances social media effectiveness.

Social Media Follower Growth

Develop strategies to grow the company’s social media followers across platforms. Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and loyal customers to nurture and strengthen relationships.

Email Marketing

Create email campaigns to engage potential and retarget audience groups. Track and assess campaign performance through metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.

Content Marketing

Plan and oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content such as blog posts, infographics, and videos. Distribute and promote content to reach target audiences and monitor performance to refine strategies.

Community Management

Develop and curate engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s voice and values. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering discussions and community loyalty.

Conversion Rate Optimization

Create strategies to convert website visitors through call-to-action events and track marketing effectiveness.

Search Engine Rankings

Monitor key page and keyword rankings to evaluate SEO efforts.

Social Media Listening

Monitor brand and industry conversations. Address negative feedback tactfully and resolve issues efficiently.

Return on Investment (ROI)

Manage the marketing budget, create strategic ad-buying plans, and measure revenue generation relative to costs. Report ROI and campaign effectiveness to management.

Analytics and Reporting

Use analytics tools to track KPIs and provide regular reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
